1 DH Hotels was created through the purchase of the well established Oswalds Restaurant with Rooms. 1 DH Group saw this style of gastro hotel as encapsulating the way forward in addressing the need for fine food and luxury accommodation.

Boasting Thirsk's finest dining restaurant and one of North Yorkshire's culinary flagships, the upgraded Oswalds Restaurant with Rooms is the first of our new establishments.

A substantial investment in the restaurant and bedrooms underpins the expansion of the site and the creation of this new luxury brand of hotels.
